Hella Modul 70 is an ultra-compact Halogen work lamp for use on mining support function vehicles or in applications where space is very limited. The lamp provides close-range illumination or long-range illumination with 12V or 24V electrical systems.

Modul 70 utilizes advanced Hella production and materials in a unitary design that directly bonds a cast aluminum  Free-Form reflector, lamp holder, clear glass lens and high temperature polymer housing into a low mass, efficient and very compact work lamp.

The Brilliant Free-Form optics and clear lens of the Modul 70 reduce scatter losses and improve beam control. Designed specifically for use with the new generation of high performance Halogen bulbs, the H9 (12V only) model is excellent for applications where high levels of light may be required for short periods but the cost of Xenon cannot be justified. H3 variants of the Modul 70 are also available for less demanding applications. A choice of wide and narrow asymmetric beam types is available to suit different applications. Direct access to the bulb without the use of a tool enables rapid routine service access. High temperature O-ring seals integral to the H9 bulb, and a protective rubber cap for H3 variants, ensure effective sealing.

A rotating base in addition to the elevation allows vertical adjustment adjustment. The supplied stainless steel hardware is non-resonant and highly corrosion resistant.

Safe and reliable electrical connection is facilitated via a 200mm length of highly flexible double insulated cable, terminated with a DT connector. Other connector options can be supplied as special orders.
