SpotLED® lamps are sophisticated LED interior lights designed for applications where there is a requirement for low glare, spill free lighting, with the option to switch from white primary to red ambient light to maintain night vision.

SpotLED® interior lights are available in a number of versions: These include fixed or adjustable optical modules either with or without the low level ambient illumination to monitor critical instruments.

General illumination is provided by a single high intensity white LED located deep inside a Free-Form reflector with a black sleeve to eliminate direct view of the light source and discomfort glare. A separately switched, low intensity red LED illuminates a circular light CELIS light guide, to provide low intensity ambient illumination for safety and night vision compatability.

The low power consumption, combined with minimal heat output in continuous use, and ergonomic, smooth design of SpotLED® reduces personal injury risk in confined spaces, while the fit-and-forget completely sealed and waterproof optical units will not suffer lighting loss due to internal dirt build up.

Advanced Multivolt™ drive circuitry, providing reverse polarity, spike and over-voltage protection for long life and reliable operation, is sealed into the optical module. SpotLED® lamps deliver consistent illumination from 9-31V DC – even under severe voltage fluctuations and low battery voltages. Maximum service life and light output of the high intensity LED light source is ensured through an integral aluminum heat sink.

SpotLED® lights require external switching systems, and can operate on standard interior light circuits.

Safe and reliable electrical connection is facilitated via a short length double insulated multi core cable terminated as standard in DT connectors.

The screw cover end caps are available in a range of colors. Ambient light functions in amber, blue, green or white can also be delivered on special order.
