Hella has developed a new range of EziPAK® service kits to meet the need of mobile field service technicians maintaining mining machines on site.

EziPAK® kits are based on many years of practical experience. Each kit is contained in an impact resistant and washable, heavy-duty injection molded carry case that slides into a self locking modular double storage tray for easy installation into field service vehicles or use as a central storage point in the workshop environment.

The DT connector kit to service the popular DEUTSCH connectors is the first module of the range to be released.

The EziPAK® kit is supplied with the most popular DEUTSCH connectors including the essential tools to make and repair these connections and a highly detailed step-by-step instruction document ensuring that users obtain truly professional results.

Each EziPAK® kit is supplied with a hard wearing large format visual reference of it’s contents, this also contains the re-order information for refill packs of DT consumables, thus enabling customers to maintain the EziPAK® service kit indefinitely.

Additional tools, empty carry cases and rack modules are also available to allow service teams to create their own customized kits if needed.
